We are delighted that you are interested in staying at one of our cottages, there are 3 ways in which you can book your stay.
Book direct online - You can make a booking instantly through our website by clicking through from the cottage description.
Give us a call or drop us a message - If you would like to talk or have a few questions before booking please just get in touch and we will be happy to provide you with the answers to any questions or put a quote together for you.;
Airbnb - You can book any of our cottages through Airbnb, however, please note that our prices are slightly higher on Airbnb and other fees will apply.
Why Book Direct?
- Our prices are at least 10% cheaper booking directly as opposed to Airbnb and there is no service fee.
- Research shows average savings of £211 on a UK holiday when you book direct.
- More flexible payment options and cancelation policy with just 25% required upfront
- Secure payment options - cards, PayPal or bank transfer.
Our prices are made up of 3 elements:
1) The nightly rate which varies by season and cottage.
2) The one off cleaning fee* of:
- Pepper Cottage £90
- Mountain Cottage £105
- The Roost £125
3) The refundable damage deposit of £95 which is just a card authorisation.
The total price is then calculated by our booking system to make it really clear as to the total cost for your stay - there are no hidden charges for pets or additional guests.
*100% of the cleaning fee goes to our cleaning team Vicki and Kelly, no profit is made on this it just reflects the cost of this service in the Lakes.
For direct bookings, the key information to know is:
Payment Schedule: 25% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

Damage Deposit: A pre-authorization of GBP 95.00 is due 1 days after arrival and released 2 days after departure
Payment accepted: PayPal, card and UK bank transfer
